This International Standard was proposed by Henan United Precision Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as United Precision Company), which is located in Zhengzhou City. Zhengzhou is an important producer of synthetic diamond materials in my country, and has an absolute leading share advantage in the global diamond supply market. Since its establishment in 2003, United Precision has been committed to the research and development and production of nano-diamond and its high-end products. The company has a complete product series: fine diamond powder, fluid abrasives, and soft abrasives. The technology and process level of many products such as diamond powder, diamond polishing liquid and diamond polishing film are at the leading level in the industry. In order to actively implement the "National Standardization Development Outline" to improve the level of internationalization of standards and promote the coordinated development of domestic and international standardization, with the strong support of Zhengzhou Market Supervision Bureau and relevant leaders, the domestic counterpart CNOOC Changzhou Coating Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. Under the support and leadership of the company, United Precision has worked closely with the Zhongguancun Huaqing Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (the convener unit of the ISO/TC256/WG7 working group) to carry out the international standard "Nanodiamond for Polymer Enhancement" since 2020. In the pre-research work of the proposal, a standard development plan was put forward through meticulous work such as domestic and foreign patent analysis, standard comparison, and physical product analysis. Ms. Wang Jing, Chairman of United Precision Co., Ltd., and Dai Shifeng, Secretary-General of Zhongguancun Huaqing Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, jointly serve as the co-leaders of the project team. It is recommended to give a detailed introduction, and after full communication and communication, it has been initially recognized by international experts. In November 2021, the project proposal was registered as a pre-project ISO/PWI6301 by the ISO/TC256 Secretariat.
